Default need help with suspension

i'm looking at having some suspension stuffs on my truck fixed/changed.

it should be noted that i'm not very good at picking out vehicle parts, but i can describe what i want.

i have a 2000 ford f-150 XLT v6 140,000ish miles and she's seen better days.

i definitely need new shocks. i'm just not sure what to go with. i'd like to spend less than $100 for each shock absorber. it'd also be great if they could give my truck what would you recommend?

what about other suspension equipment? leaf springs? what about a sway bar?

also, what about a body lift kit? something like a 1 or 2 inch? or would it just be better to spend more and get a suspension lift?

im sure ill have more questions later on.

A lot of questions going in all different directions.

What is your ultimate goal with this truck? Lifted or just stock?

Set a goal, then we can help.

well for right now...

i'd like a decent suspension and would like my truck's stance to be a little more aggressive. i'm not climbing rocks... but i do put the truck through her paces.

i'm looking at spending 750 or less.
