I have a 97 f 150 ran with a loud knocking noise coming from lower part of motor near oil pan had good oil presure and did not run hot but motor will not turn over now and i drained oil and there was no metal in oil or coolant in oil not shure if rod or what can anyone help me please?????

 

V6 (God, I hope not) 4.6 or 5.4?
