Default Need help with chirping noise

Need some help. Trying to diagnose a problem.

I have a 99 f150 4.6 with a manual transmission. It is making a chirping/squealing noise. But only while driving and only in certain gears. No noise while in neutral, no noise when clutch is pressed in. But only hear the noise while driving in 2nd, 3rd, and 5th gear. I can even just take my foot off the gas and the noise will stop. Any help would be appreciated.

When you crawl under the truck, can you twist the drive shaft at all? It should move a little but not much.

could be a pilot bushing/bearing starting to wear. I had a mustang GT and it would do that chirpy crap all the time. I changed out everything and went with heavier duty parts (centerforce) and never heard it again. Might have been something else in the clutch assembly, but that is what I was told back then what it might be.
