Need help
I have a 2002 f150 5.4 i have changed the timing components and i have put everything back together but now i have a crank no start i tried replacing the battery because it was low but that didn't help and im also not getting fuel pressure to the fuel line i have tried spraying starter fluid through intake to see if it would turn over but still nothing any suggestions?
I don't have any suggestions but have a couple of questions.
Did it run before? Like right before you replaced the "timing components"? Why did you replace the parts?
What do you mean by timing components? What, exactly, did you replace? How long did it sit from the last time it ran to when you tried to restart it after the work?
You said you can hear the fuel pump but you're not getting fuel pressure. That doesn't make sense.
Where did you squirt the starting fluid? It has to make it's way all the way to the the intake manifold in order to help.
When you say "no codes" are you using a code reader or just looking at the Service Engine Soon light?
The answers might help somebody with a suggestion. Good luck.

Assuming you got cam timing right, crank sensor would be the #1 suspect. Make sure it's plugged in. Make sure you put the tone ring back in (lol), Verify you didn't pinch the harness on the

If it's not switching ground on and off to the coils, then no CKP sensor signal.
