Check for spark, then if no fuel pump sound, check fuel pump fuse and relay.

I don't have any suggestions but have a couple of questions.

Did it run before? Like right before you replaced the "timing components"? Why did you replace the parts?

What do you mean by timing components? What, exactly, did you replace? How long did it sit from the last time it ran to when you tried to restart it after the work?

You said you can hear the fuel pump but you're not getting fuel pressure. That doesn't make sense.

Where did you squirt the starting fluid? It has to make it's way all the way to the the intake manifold in order to help.

When you say "no codes" are you using a code reader or just looking at the Service Engine Soon light?

The answers might help somebody with a suggestion. Good luck.

Yes it did run before but it was a rough idle and i could hear the chain slapping on the driver side. I replaced the chains the crankshaft gear sprocket , the tensioners, and the guides. It set for about two weeks because i ordered the kit online and they sent me the wrong one. I squirted the starting fluid through the throttle body and im using a code reader

Assuming you got cam timing right, crank sensor would be the #1 suspect. Make sure it's plugged in. Make sure you put the tone ring back in (lol), Verify you didn't pinch the harness on the
passenger side in the timing cover.
If it's not switching ground on and off to the coils, then no CKP sensor signal.

The crank sensor will throw a code almost immediately.
