Might be a PATS problem.

Crank no Start:

Most comen in order =

#1. Crank sensor
#2. Cam Sensor
#3. Fuel Pump
#4. PATS

Don't Crank these more than 4 consecutive seconds. PCM shuts the fuel rail down.

Do you have spark?

Pats does not have a reset switch. Aftermarket systems do.

Im pretty sure you dont have one of these, or your truck would probably run.
I think pats disables injectors, so you might have fuel pressure, but no fuel. On some vehicles it wont even crank. A noid light will show if injector is firing.

You replaced ALL your relays? Really? What was the logic there?

Rapidly flashing pats is indicative of problem . i think the theft indicator will flash you a code if leave key on? Try different key is first thing to do. Then head to dealer. For diagnostic. Or google pats diagnostic procedure.
