Heavy_Metal,

I just pulled up some pictures as well as two different fitment guides and they do NOT appear to be compatible. They aren't as rounded and small at the top of the tail light as the F-150, plus they have two mounting points at the top that are not the same:

No they do not fit. Sorry. You can also use a F250 SD set of taillight from 99-07 and they are identical. You can also use 2008 up SD's if you like the newer design with the backup light at the top, not the bottom like ours are. They really look nice.

That's cool to know; always great tidbits of knowledge, thanks AKDOGGIE

That really looks sharp 02 , did you tint them as well or is that just the pic filter?

I had them done in a booth. Didn't trust myself doing them correctly lol, I'm pretty good with paint but the pros know just the right mix of black to get it right.

02, are they a direct fit or is there any custom handywork involved? Id like the standard red due to my color "scheme" lol. Ive got too many truck projects on the backburner already. And I agree about the aftermarket options. Gaaag!
