Default Need help!!

I have a 2001 Ford F150 4.6L 4x4, I was driving home today and I heard a clicking sound from the rear end of the truck. Then when I accelerated over 55 it starts to shake like it has super swampers on it. Put it on a jack and the axles move out on both sides about an inch. Anyone know whats wrong?
