Default need advice!!!

i have a 2001 ford f150 v6..getting ready to pull a camper with it and just wondering what the best hp upgrade for my money would be.

If you really need a lot of extra hp, then a blower would be the cheapest option. As for towing, if you change the rear end gear it will make a huge difference. The tow package truck comes with a 3.55:1. I don't remember the exact numbers, but the hp and torque difference between the V6 and V8 wasn't a whole lot. The V6 should tow just fine.
