Got a question. I'm wanting after my inspection of taking my glasspack off and putting a straight piece of pipe there with the tail pipe. Its a 97 4.6 is it gonna hurt it any ive ran it straight pipe like that for like a week and it seemed like it drove better just wanna make sure before i do it.

thanks!

I just got mine taken off last week, had a Flow super 44 on it before, sounds great now with the rear cats off, 3" y-pipe back. You'll like it.-

How do you like the sound of a glass pack on a 4.6? I got the same exact truck as you and wanna do something to the exhaust. Tell me how it sounds straight!

Im running straight pipe and deleted rear cats on my 4.6 it sounds good but a little on the loud side. Sounded best with all cats and no muffeler. The 4.6 has a good sound for a small engine imo

The glasspack sounded really good i did run it with no tail pipe to give it that louder sound. But it does sound mean straight piped!
