My tail pipe runs out the side just ahead of the RR tire.Less to rust out and not get damaged while wheel'n. The 50 Series Flowmasters look good accept there chart doesn't match all their individual listings on the site. Where's the 50 series HD. The 70 series looks a bit too long and doesn't come in SS if I saw that right? The generic Turbo muffler on it now is about 17-20 inches long by memory, I'll have to get under there and look. Center to center pipe configuration I think. Darn, those Borlas are expensive!

Also, because we do not use packing or sound-deadening materials, Flowmaster mufflers will not increase in volume over time.
Any truth to the car lore that a turbo muffler like Flowmasters restricts flow to a point that decreases Hp compared to its aftermarket competitors?

I have always bought Flowmasters but they drone like nobodies business when you run catless, what new mufflers does Flowmaster offer that stops that drone?

My F150 is making me consider borla or magnaflow.

I only asked because I've never seen a Flowmaster rep on a forum before.

Correction: I just went out before the rain started and to find out what went bad. Well the whole back face of the muffler cap rusted off and broke loose as a unit with the side/tail pipe. I measured it up. It's 13.5" L x 9.5" W x 4" deep with front 2 1/2" center and 2 1/2" rear offset. I took some quick pics because I could see inside and it looks like a chambered design. It worked perviously, but these were taken with my new 16 MP camera.

So far I can't figure out how to downsize the picture files to load on this site. Tried, but it said "file not accepted". Everything with computers always has to be a big PITA. I'll keep trying.

Easiest way to downsize is with the oper system paint program. Well, it's fastest way and I've tried a few. That's for windows.
