Muddin is actually one of the best ways to tear up a transmission especially if you play a bit too rough lol

Depends on how you drive too. If you just put your foot to the floor and find the biggest mud puddles you can, then yah your gonna break something. If you use some common sense then im sure youll be fine.

well i youll tear up other things before you tear up the transmission like bearings and what not from the mud getting in there. Hell, I off road the crap out of my truck and its still running as my dd and its got 210k no problems with the tranny

just dont go out find the bigest badest deepest whole u can find and lay it too the floor. if u need some speed or high rps just dont go above 4500 too often. 4lo and tranny in 1st or 2nd will usaly get u through or up just bout anything. the only time i use 4 hi is snow. i take my 97 f150 4x4 285/75/16 maxxis big horn tires out all the time everythings stock with 230,000 on every thing except the motor. i have a 8000 pound winch but i use that for recovery of other vehicles i hardly ever get stuck but i leave ruts deap enough too sink anything with less than 40in mud bogers trust me a jeep, land rover and chevy with lockers lifted and all found that out the hard way. for sum reason after that they never let me be anything but last in the group

I still say go. Just be easy on the trails if you take her threw any. Would hate to see that nice truck all banged up.
