do not put a rb26 in a ford!!!! Come on!!!

We are not in japan

but a stock 4.6 can hold, this is what i came to figure out!!! It will only hold around 450ish

but if your going to over haul the motor that will be a chance to up grade some guts!
Stay with the ford 4.6, or hell swap it for the 5.4...
But i would go to a junk yard and find a good motor and rebuild the heck out of it and make it worth wile for half the price...

Lol yeah i was puttin out food for thought i'm leaning to the 99 5.4 or the navigator motor but.... i hear its terrible. And my 4.6 will get rebuilt no matter what it'll be going to my s13. Not going to lie this will be my first swap in a ford i'm still learning about the blue oval since i'm coming from the dsm world nissan and honda

The navigator 5.4 isnt the same as the f150 5.4, not until the 2009 model year. my suggestions would be a cobra 4.6. its the 3 valve 4.6, but with some modding and overhauling it should push your rig pretty good. heres a list of what fords have what V8 it them.
