Programmer headers ummmm how far are you willing to go? I meant the options are limitless if you don't care about price

Programmers are good, but are more for the rev limiter and the shift points, don't expect much for power

I know throttle body spacers wont yeild much unless its a racing application. Headers, recommend stainless if possible, a good exhaust system, polishing the heads and intake or buying ones for more performance, converting the fan over to an electric fan. This is the dream list I have for my 99 lol havent checked any off yet....

When you mean horsepower do you mean more top end power when your floorin it or more take off and go/low rpm power (torque)? If you want top end power then your best bet is to do all the bolt on mods(cai intake, headers, bigger exhaust system, programmer, electric fan, 75mm throttle body and plenum,) but if you want low end power the best thing to do is to change rear end gears. If you have stock size to 33" tires go with 4.10's, 35" and up go with 4.56's and your definantly gonna get more low end pull

I'm mostly looking for Affordable ideas at this point. My dream is to supercharge it but that's out of my reach at this point.

Plenum is the upper part of the intake manifold what the throttle body bolts on to
