Man you're truck is in good shape.. do what 4x4wolf said and maybe PTM your grille surround and either paint your grille or get a honey comb or whatever you like.

If it was my truck...

1) lose the steps
2) tires and wheels (cp2's and terra grappler 285's or 33's
3) either paint to match the grill surround or grab a honey comb from lmc truck
4) some lights stuffed behind the grill
5) paint to match the front and rear bumpers
6) programmer

Then I'd hit up the interior maybe some seat covers or an interior swap and a new radio and I'd call it

Overall sharp looking truck very clean

First give me your lower valance, fogs, and tow hooks LMAO. Honestly. Ur truck looks good I would say lose the side molding bug deflector and side steps. Then get bigger meatier tires window vents paint rockers black Bedliner or such Plasti-dip the wheels a tonneau cover ok last one can be expensive few more expensive ideas come to mind but for now I would say the Lil cheap mods will make ur truck look even better like giving me or trading me the lower valance and hardware LMAO.

I would PTM the surround, get you a honeycomb center, and throw in a set of hella 500 driving lights($60-70 on amazon) some raptor style marker lights in the grille, a set of the OEM style chrome lightning lights, 08+ SuperDuty tails, maybe exhaust if you don't have it and want good sound. Sand smooth and PTM your tailgate handle, and do the Throttle body cover or some interior pieces. Duplicolor color match is like $6 a can go get a few and start spraying, but I always clean my plastics really good and put 3-4 coats of Duplicolor adhesion promoter on because paint does not like plastic, and then 2-3 coats of gloss clear on top. And all the mods I've listed are $100 or less, just to get an idea.
