what the **** does it matter if how old the thread is. Answer me this, would a history book written today have a different version of the signing of the Declaration of Independence than one written 10 years ago? You can’t always be right, maybe with your wife but that’s probably cuz she knows you’ll never close your big mouth if she disagrees

Nate, all of the stuff you are showing is nearly 8 years old. Back then, they were made to the same standard as the Motorcrafts. They are now inferior to Motrcraft. Those Bosch Platinums are junk... probably rather use Champions than those.

Good luck with them, I hope you have better luck with them.

Theres 20 yrs of experience out there with what works in these engines. Coils sre generic, fit many application
The O.54 plug gap is hard on coils. Insufficient construction fails fast. Chinese clones dont last.. Even factory fail after 150k. Every coil was tried before by someone. Expect to replace in 10k. Hope you dont melt your cats . Dont run it if misfiring.

Not wise to discount what people that work on these for a living tell you. They are trying to help you do whats best for your truck.
