map light help

Default map light help

Well, i just recieved my led map lights, i soon realized that it was for the one in the middle, after fiddling around with trying to get them to work on the switch on lights....now after i reinstalled everything, the flip on lights are not working! does anyone know what happened/how to fix? thanks so much guys

You probably didn't get a ground wire screwed back on right.

alright, i believe the ground screw was a little tough...why does the map light work while the two switches don't?

I think you mean the dome light. The 2 switchable lights are the map lights. There's 2 ground screws I believe. One for the dome and the other is for the map lights.

ah, alright, i know when i took the light fixture off there was two wires. i thought one was positive, and one was negative, one wire is green, one is black! they were connected to this little metal piece which is threaded to allow the screw

Hmm I though there were 3 wires. Maybe not, I haven't had mine down in a while. Just make sure those wires have good contact, that's usually the problem

Just take it back down and get everything positioned right and tighten it up.
