Is there a specific year this became standard? Mine is sagging a little and ripping out of the bolts holding it in so If I have to replace Im definetly getting one.

Anything between 99-03 should work, junk yards or ebay is a great place to look

 

It was available on all the 4x4 trucks from 1999 through 2004 heritage. And the Lariat 4x2 trucks from 1999 to 03.
