Default Low end torque

Hey guys, any ideas on how to increase the low end power/torque on my 2003 4.6? I already have a spectre CAI. Any input is appreciated

I was just looking at a Spectre CAI. How do you like it? Is there a noticeable difference in power and gas mileage?

I am torn between a CAI and cat-back, and a programmer for better mileage. Which is the better value? I know with the CAI and cat-back, you are supposed to get a little of each (power & economy) but with the programmer you are probably only able to get one or the other, right?

I love my Spectre system! I was messin around before i put it on doing the gotts mod and silencer removal, and i noticed a big increase as soon as i put on the spectre. As far as power, it definately wakes up my little 4.6, and i probably decreased in mpg cause i find myself romping it all the time just to hear it roar. I think.the CAI and catback would be a better value because you get more than what a tuner has to offer all at once and without having to screw around with programs. But id definately buy that spectre system, i foond mind on autoplicity for about 130.

Old Red SCrew: Do you have a part #? I saw one at a local store but it is the polished metal tube, which reviews say heats the air up and negates your gains. I think that part # is 9920

Only thing you can do with out going internal is boltons and a tuner and get a custom tune..
