Regular maintenance stuff.

plugs, fuel filter, air filter, clean maf.

Also check your CATs they tend to clog up and cause lots of issues.

Any other issues? SES light on? Stumble/poor idle?

Air intake is always cleaned
Plugs haven't cleaned them but I did change them I have no cats cause I got them cut off so I could have that true dual sounding exhaust I had 4 of them but cut 2 off so I'm assuming I need to check my last two and see if anythings wrong with them, I've also heard that a motor vac could do some good but I haven't tried that any suggestions about that?

Time for coils and injectors. My 98 was a slug @ 185,000 miles MANY years ago. This is what you do at those miles, -

Purchase a sonic cleaned 19lb injector set from that ebay site or amazon.

Purchase from the same with coils. There's only a couple true coil manufactures who's coil builds/thermal protection are to Ford Spec. VERY Important to use just these,-

True Motorcraft coils or Visteon brand. These two are the same. ALL other coils (COP system) come from a barge from China, -then stickered and/or painted to Merchant spec. These are the weak knockoffs.

That's if you want a night and day difference. You'll get your power back.
