Hey guys , I got a 01 4.6 and im looking for a little more power, I already got a magnaflow exhaust on the way and i was thinking about getting and edge tuner.
could you guys tell me what else could put on to get the most hp for my buck!!??

Have u put an intake on yet? And I have a superchips cortex tuner for my 03 and trust me it definitely adds some juice a good one will run you about 400 bucks

Do you need custom tunes with the Gryphon?

 

It comes with canned tunes that are better than the Edge, but custom tunes even on a stock truck are far superior to canned tunes.
