Default List of things to do

Well I have come up with a list of things to do to my truck within the next year. I know for a fact the front and rear bumper and headlights are Christmas gifts. What do you guys think? Anything else I should do? My truck is a 2002 f150 XL. Right now most of everything is stock. Except little things.

Scratch the HID's/silverstars, go with headlights you can actually use like Phillips xtreme. For the duals, please add an X or H.

I haven't really looked into the Phillips xtreme. I will have to do that. And I will be doing an X on the duals.

The silverstars are awesome, had them in mine for 2 years with no troubles, they put out a nice bright white light and are much better than HID's in the stock housing.
Sylvanias,left, compared to stock

I second this.
Do your research before you waste money on Silverstars. The Philips xtreme are the way to go. I have never had a Silverstar last longer than a year and I don't use my lights that much.

Recommend X pipe as well. Will work better than an H and much better over neither.

Before adding all the extra stuff on the list, I would make sure that all recommended maintenance is done and that all your parts are good to go, ie; no worn suspension parts. But I suppose at least if it breaks down you will have a good sound system to listen to while waiting for the tow truck.

Thanks for your help. I have checked and maintained everything. Having a professional mechanic for a father is a good thing

Default Ford F150 Frills

Nice to know some F150 folks have the extra cash to throw at their vehicles. As for me and many of us I keep my Trucks "STOCK". I use any excess cash for maintenance and replacement repairs to keep her up. A 3 valve tune up is about $ 500.00 to $ 800.00 and if you break a plug it could cost considerably more.

Well that's the good part about me having a mechanic for a father, parts cheaper and I don't get charged for labor. ?
