Hella 500's will fit in the plastic grille support. I drilled though the top of the support and mounted them upside down

I used the hella 500's in my grille mounted to the plastic bar behind it. I wired them to a relay off the battery solenoid and to a switch in the cab. They're an awesome light for the money, just as good as the $200 KC's on my bull bar.

I have about the same setup and lights as Browning does behind the grille and love them

is it a big job to take the grill off? I'm in canada and every fastener seems to rust solid... damn frustrating!

It isn't too bad. Pull out your turn signals, take out a small screw behind where the were, take off the black plastic cover on top, then pull the 8 or 10 screws out of the top of the grille, then just sort of pull out on it because it's only clipped in on bottom.

There is also a couple of plastic tabs you have to pull out on the bottom

Extra lights on bull bar and grille as you can see there's a road sign out there that you couldn't see before.

And price wise the amazon link I posted is the cheapest I've found.
