So why don't you post the correct info instead of just saying "false" and they fit yours just fine.

BTW, the cut off date is July of '96 (like I said in the post, I believed it was 7/97, but I was wrong).
So yes, yours being a 12/96 truck has the "new" style.

I meant false more as towards you saying that chrome looks good only on a white colored truck and black looks good on everything else. I meant to only quote that part of you post but my phone messed up
