Default lightning corner lights

I have to take my corner lights apart to paint them. I was looking at the orange reflector at the bottom has anyone put a light behind this? There is a small hole on the back whe

no real purpose just a thought since i have to take them apart anyway.

I've thought about running a strip of amber LED's under that, wasn't sure if they'd fit or not, you should pop the reflector off and see

there is room, not a lot.. but enough for some leds

Make sure you seal that baby up good. I've had my lightening knock offs for only a couple months and I have moisture in one of the corners. I even ran silicone around the entire thing before installing.

Will need to re-do it once it's warm enough and I can pull and let it dry out before it fogs the lense.

scratch taking the reflector off.. its glued on so well it just cracking and i reheated it
