Leveling and AAL questions
I was thing about buying 3 inch leveling blocks for my truck. I wanted the get the type that sits on top of the struts and not new torsion keys. The type that sits on the struts is easier on the front end right? Then in the back I wanted to get 1 or 1.5 in AALs. This would make the truck sit level, and add about 1.5 inch of lift across the whole truck right? Thanks
There is no level kit that is "easier" on the front end. They all change factory angles and by doing that, cause things to wear faster.
The only "right" way of lifting your truck without changing these angles is buying a suspension lift which is designed for this exact purpose. If you go with a level, your front end parts will wear out a bit faster. How much faster? Depends where you live and how you drive. Mine never stayed together but we also have horrible roads and pot holes and it seen some time on the trails as well.

No. It isn't a straight axle like your back, your truck has torsion bars and you buy aftermarket keys and turn them up. You lose suspension travel, it makes it ride rough and will wear all your front end parts out sooner due to the increased angles.
Yeah I have already maxed out my stock keys. So I guess there's is no point in the level then. I don't feel like extra wear and tear is worth aftermarket keys
You can crank ur Tbars up to 24 1/4" before u start putting ur front end parts in danger. Read the article "35s with Tbars cranked". It's one of the Stickies at the beginning of the 97-03 F150 section.
