Blue LED lights in the grill? Sounds illegal to me. The razzers have blue led's on the squad cars.

They don't flash there solid and I'm a fireman so the cops do usually bother pulling me over for it. I've had 2% tint on the windows for about a year and never had a problem

Must be nice to get special treatment, unlike us poor common folk. Most places blue lights in the grill mean "ticket"

I put mine in the floor area on both driver and passenger side and in the rear on my sub box.

Ah. In that case I'd get 2 red ones as well and mount all 4 (2 red and 2 blue) strips on the roof.
I'd leave the ground wire lose so when I go over bumps they'd wiggle and go on/off.
