I have the same black Harley lights in my DSG flareside. Honestly, I don't think there's a color truck they wouldn't look good in. And yes, stick with a good halogen bulb. No LED or HID retrofit bulb will work correctly.

Night Vision Brilliant. They have a 3 year warranty. My Toyota had DRL's (I've since disabled it) so they were on all the time. One died after two years, and NAPA replaced both of them for me. No issue at all.

LEDs aren't bad if you align the bulbs properly and adjust the housings a little lower than you would for halogen bulbs. The problem is 99% of people don't bother. They just throw them in like a halogen and call it good. Once they're aligned properly you'll get a definite crisp top cutoff line and you can use that to adjust it to be kind to other drivers and have a nice wide well illuminated view for yourself.

No, LED lights will still have glare and you will still have less useable light than with a halogen.
Using scientific testing equipment shows this to be the case. I said before, the human eye is a horrible thing to use to test light output.
