Default Leaking transmission!

I have a 98 4.6 automatic supercab 4x2. My trans has a slow leak where the transmission hooks up to the driveshaft. I need to know if this is relatively easy for me to change a seal or something or i need to bring it to a shop? Its not that big of a deal its just crudding up the surrounding parts and staining my driveway. I keep an eye on the fluid level and it loses it very very slowly. I have to add trans fluid about every 2-3k miles. Please give me some info on this.

I think its called a yoke seal but not positive I have never done one before I got a book at home after work I will look it up if you would like or maybe someone else has done it and have some insite on it by the way I've only heard its easy to do you would have to separate the drive shaft From the transmission first I will look it up for ya
