I am having the same problem with both the braking and front end noise. From those pictures it looks like replacing the sway bar links will get rid of the sound, but not the clunking. I can feel it in my brake pedal and it sounds like its coming from the driver side front tire. I have checked the caliper bolts (one had fallin out on me...got a nice gash around my rim thanks to that.) but i replaced that.

 

If you hearinga knocking sound in the rear its the shore popping of the backing plate. My truck currently does this, and i'm not worried as the rear end is gettingreplaced with a newer unit for the larger bearing sizes. I've destroyed 3 pinion bearing in 150k miles.
