How do you program a key fob for a 2001 F150?

I recently bought my 2000 f150 XLT and it came with power locks but didn't have a key fob. I ordered a key fob online and it gave me the instructions that I just posted. It didn't work for my truck but let me know if it works for yours. My truck might not have the hardware to have a key fob or I might have a blown fuse or something, not sure but I hope it works for you!

 

The link provided by 2000FORD5.4 works. I used the same directions for my 2001.
