Jerking Problem
Long version:
So I have a 2002 Ford F-150. I have been having an issue of the engine jerking. It started when I would climb a steep on ramp near my work. Then, it got a little worse, I started to notice that it was jerking sitting at stop lights. So I thought, "I need to change my spark plugs andwires (Edit: Ignition coils)." So I changed them and it got better, but after a week or so it started up again. I then got a fuel additive to clean the injectors an other things, thinking it might just be some injector or value not working right. At the same time I got a air intake cleaner for the throttle body and cleaned that. Ran better for a while, even after my next fuel up. But it is doing it again. I also changed the fuel filter when I first got it at 144k (now 160k). I don't know what to try now. I need some help.
Short version:
2002 Ford F150 162k
Engine jerks while accelerating and sitting at stop lights
Changed fuel filter at 144k
Changed spark plugs andcaps (Edit: Ignition Coils) at 160k
Used fuel additive for cleaning injectors and values.
Cleaned throttle body
Any clue whats wrong?

First off.... your thread title made me chuckle.
Second.... The year of your truck was great, but we need to know what motor we are helping with. I see you changed the plugs. What plugs did you use? What are "caps"? I am going to assume that everyone else on here is unfamiliar with that term, unless you mean capacitors?
Welcome to the site too!

Yeah, my bad. Its the 4.6L. My brain was not working right. I had to change a flat tire before I posted this. By the way, is there a fix for the stupid spare tire key that doesn't work well?
So I replaced all the ignition coils, could it be the computer board that tells them to fire?

Alright.... now we know what we're working on. Just to let you know, these modular motors are VERY particular about the plugs and coils you use. They only like Motorcraft plugs, and Motorcraft or Denso coils.
Do you have a check engine light on? What are the codes?

It is odd that it was jerking before I changed to the new ones and then didn't for awhile after that.
