Disconnect the negative cable from the battery and turn on the headlights to drain any residual charge. 15 minutes is optimum

Default I've Got a Problem

Ok so here's an update. I replaced all of my spark plugs in the truck on Thursday evening. I started her up and she ran amazing. I let it idle for about 5 min looking at anything and everything. I had to pull the drivers side fuel line up to get to one of the plugs so I made sure I didn't have a fuel leak which I didn't. In Friday I took it out for a drive to see if the problems were gone. I then came to find they weren't as I started up a big hill, about half way up the truck lost alot of power and started making the weird ticking/ rattling sound again. So I imedaitely let off the gas then the noise stopped. I am thinking the power loss might be a fuel problem so I put some Lucas fuel injector cleaner into it and have been driving it some to get the cleaner through the system. But what I am most concerned/confused by is this stupid noise. I don't think it would be a coil or an injector (do either make a noise when they are bad?) Thanks again for all the advise. I will be resetin the PCM after I get out of class this evening.
