i have a 2000 ford f150 and its recently been passed down to me, my brothers ex girlfriend thrashed it. i am wondering what the best way to fix a broken ac/heater unit. also am looking for new bumpers (front and back) and whatever i need

 

I would look at local pick n pulls or craigslist for the bumpers and whatever else you need...man, chicks really don't know how to take care of their vehicles.
