Default Ipod hook-up

I'm lookin for some ideas on how to hook up my ipod to my factory radio in my 98 f150, its got the 6 cd changer that I'd like to keep, I've got one of the wireless fm transmitters, which works but the sound quality isn't that good... any ideas would be great..

thanks much

What would be cool is if you could somehow switch the cassette button to an aux button an wire in a port. Not sure how to do it but maybe an idea ?

Ya do that and try to get some feedback from people who know a little more in this area. I kinda want to do this also as I use a fm transmitter too and want a direct connection and don't wanna spring for the new deck.
