That is the only set of charts that I have for the 2003 models. Wait, I found another one in my old Ford books.

Do you have a 4x4 SCrew? 5.4 engine?

I found a better sheet in my books. It shows the H being leather for that year. My Ford books are better than the ones I have bookmarked in Chrome. lol

My door panels in front were nasty and oxidized white and chalky around window
Take can of proper color and foam brush and just dab it on oxidized area its textured and blends in.

Looks like new. No need to paint whole panel, or mask off

You can go to paint shop and get them to mix color in SEM paint and put in spray can. About $25.
mbb- thanks, good to know, mine is faded on the top edges also. And mine has the different color inserts (but only on the door panels).thanks again, Bear

Not a problem Bear. I kept a crap load of older Ford Service manuals and some older parts books when I worked for them. They always discarded the old ones, so I got creative and made a shelf of them. I only have used them a couple times to help people. Books are slow and tedious to find things, even when you know where to look. I started scanning them into my computer, but damn that was so much to do, I stopped. Now they are in plastic bulky lidded containers, just in case I need something. lol
