Interior lights, help please
I have a 99 f150 and i stared to notice the other day that the light stay on a little long then normal but they would shut off. Today I get home from work and now they wont shut off at all. Any hlep would be great.

LOL, may sound rude but you still gotta ask.
The only thing that I could think of is possibly the the switch in the door jamb. I'm not sure exactly how it works though. But that would be the switch that turns the lights on when you open the door and then when the door is closed it will allow them to turn off. I would look into that. In the meantime, I would pull that fuse so you don't drain your battery.

danger-that look like what am going to do is pull the ruse for now. they did shut off after some time but it was way long 30 min to an hour or so. Thanks

There's a timer/relay in the passenger fuse box that is supposed to shut the lights off after x number of minutes (mine go off in 15 min - tested when I worked on a door panel to remove a speaker). Maybe it is "stuck." Also, the key fob, when you hit "lock" should turn them off immediately. If not, it may be that relay.
