Default Intake Manifold

Anyone have a recommendation for after market Intake Manifold for a 2001 5.4 V8. OEM parts aren't available. My mechanic can't find one. I'm aware of Doran, and spot checked a couple custom intake manifold shops but no luck. Looking to extend the life of this this 2001 a bit longer. Any help appreciated! Thanks

There's nothing wrong with the dorman other than it's cheaply made. Thin and brittle and loud. Some arrive broken in the box

Google:
2L1Z-9424-AA

It shows up a lot of places... Do they really have it in stock still who knows... Many times once you add it to your cart or go to check out it will say out of stock.... But somebody out there likely has one in stock still....someplace... You just have to do some digging. Call anybody that seems to have it and verify. There's a lot of places that order from other places.... They're just an internet storefront basically. But occasionally you find a brick and mortar place that has a new old stock still laying around in a dusty box.

Availability has seemed to come and go with production runs the last few years.

I did a Dorman and it's just fine. Truck runs like a top and keeps its fluids where they belong.

Right, I use the Dorman ones too with no trouble
You only have a few choices and the Ford ones are so expensive, I wouldn't sell one to my X wife
Never considered they may be noisy?
