You should be able to get the parts from any parts store. The ford intake gaskets seem to have more sealing material than the fel-pros. IMO! The injector orings should be reusable if none were tore upon removal. Lube them up with some grease and push them back in gently, should be fine. Not too expensive if in doubt. Why a new intake manifold? New COP's? Dorman products does make an intake for the V8 engines, kits comes with everything! 615-278 part number for the 4.6L. I didn't find a number for the 5.4L.

If youve got the injectors out nows a good time to replace the o rings. Oreilly sells a "tune up kit" for injectors that includes orings and caps for 4 bux each.

As for gaskets just get the fle pros. Ive used fel pros on all my projects and most were high performance and never had a problem with them. Ford will cost you double or more for them.

Why replace the intake manifold? Nothing on them really breaks. If you damaged it then I would suggest getting a used one from a JY.

A used one is gonna cost you betweek 35 to 100 bux at a JY and the new will cost you 300+ at a parts store. And IMO the new one from the parts store wont be as good quality as an OEM one.

Ahh nm I thought it was a 4.6L. If you have the $$ to get the new one, go for it.
