i just replaced my leaking 97 4.2L timing cover gasket. Well as i was researching it i found the intakes tend to go a lot on these trucks engines as well. my truck was a summer car its whole life up until this past winter has about 76k miles on her. these gaskets are still stock do i replace the intake gaskets soon or do i just drive till a problem arises and just assume i'm being a hypochondriac?
