Inside windshield fogging up

I had a heater core problem. I guess from the antifreeze getting on the window I can't get it cleaned. When I try to defrost the window it never gets clear. Does anyone know how to clean it?

hot soapy water.use dawn it should cut the antifreeze on your windshield.
