Default Injectors

What kind of affects if any would it make on my 97 f150 4.6 if I put a set of "performance" injectors on it?

Do yourself a favor and spend the money else where. You dont need them and most of the time anyone that suggests you NEED "Performance Injectors" dont know shyt and they are tryin to make money off of you!! Unless you run boost of some sort or do major mods to the motor your stock will work just fine!!

Zero. Even at WOT you have more than enough fuel. You can even go to low levels of boost and have enough on stock fuel delivery. This isn't a diesel where you can just dump fuel and make power, in the gas world we try to keep the a/f ratio in a specific range.

Ok so I'm thinking of putting a little money into my truck, I've been thinking about a few things to start. Underdrive pulley kit, throttle body, performance fuel pump, any ideas? I tried a programmer, was a waste of money

The programmer isnt gonna help much untill theres mods that need a new tune. I would start by doing the GOTTS mod, true dual exhaust, then made a TB but as for the UD pulleys I personally wouldnt especially if you are gonna putting extra lights on it.

I just don't really care for programmers on my truck cause it's got 195xxx miles on it, it runs damn good it's just not fast, tons of power just low end and I don't won't to add bolt on stuff and ruin it.

There's your problem. Hypertech is one of the worst programmers out there. A quality programmer will help make safe gains no matter what mileage and gain 15+ horse.
