Default Improving Gas

I have a a 01 4.2 v6 and I need some ways to improve my gas, I have 305/70/16s which doesn't help but do y'all have any suggestions?
Like cold air intake?
Throttle body spacer?
Different injectors?

Pretty sure smaller tires are out of the question.....lol. 1st try a programmer to reprogram the CPU to account foe the larger tire. That way you will be comparing true mileage figures pre and post tire size increase. From there you can get custom tunes to help with both performance and mileage. Also if you haven't yet do the Gott's mod while you are waiting for CAI upgrade.

Best of luck,

Bull

I've tried lookin for a programmer but doesn't seem like anyone makes one for a V6,
And for the GOTTS mod can some point me on the direction on how that's done?

Yea, even on my truck I'm getting at least 2 mpg better all the time.

Wouldnt think injectors would help at all with mpg's, the tbs will make it sound better but also wont help with mpg's
