Chevys equal blown engines that's all there is to it

 

My neighbor got 350k out of his Tahoe before it blew

 

Thats pushing it.........

 

Don't get me wrong love my ford, but obs Chevy with the 5.7 are tough as hell. The interiors crap but the drivetrain can take a good beating.

My buddy has a 98 chevy with the 5.7 and its got 210k miles runs like a champ.

 

I have seen them go 350k but with multiple trannys an most of the time a rebuild on the motor

 

The interiors got better after 96 (radio isnt on the far side, not as boxy)

 

my dad told me i can get an f150 after my bro leaves for college. he didnt remember telling me that so he says we might fix the escape and put more money into it making a worse decision, i cant wait to own my own truck. none of this maybe or maybe not

 

I got 367,000 out of my 94 4x4 with the 5.8 on all original equipment. Minus the front auto locking hubs that is.
