Idler wheel snapped off

Question Idler wheel snapped off

While replacing my idler wheel, I over-tightened the bolt and snapped off the aluminum insert. Not the bolt but the threaded aluminum sleeve that appears to be pressed into the steel portion of the motor. This is the part that the idler pulley fits over. I don't know what it's called.
How to I remove this piece. Is it pressed in or is it threaded into the steel?
Any help?

It's part of the timing cover so you will need a new timing cover
