Default I hear a clunk

Like the titles says I hear a clunk every now an then when I come to a almost stop and then when I start moving again. I think it's my seat I am hoping anyway. It don't do it all the time. And I've tried moving seat with out lifting bar on front just like rocking in it and I hear it I think lol. My question is has anyone else heard this clunk from the seat. Or is there something else I should look into. Sort of though calipers where maybe loose but I can't move em with my hand an advice appreciated. Thanks.

Have you checked your rear u-joint? In park, crawl underneath it and see if your driveshaft has any play. If you can twist it a little and can see the play in your u-joint, the time has come to replace it. That'll clunk on take-offs.

Carquest has a severe duty replace pair for $18.99. Much cheaper than the $80 from ford

The last Clunk I had; sounded liked it was right under my drivers seat..
Turned out to be my skid plates hitting my drive shaft.

Can also be your slip yoke where it enters the transfer case. There is a Ford teflon grease that is used to lube it.
