Ok idler arm on. Going to have it aligned again to see if it stops pulling. One thing I noticed it the driver side rear sits a full 1" higher that the left. Measured from ground to fender. Leaf springs look a little odd to me, like they are crooked. Here are some pics. Also I'm attaching a before and after of the alignment done on the truck. Rear springs look just like my '99 and it always drive straight. First thing I would do is swap front tires side to side. I sure thats been done.

Yep done that and a full rotation.

The 1" higher is interesting to me. That could be the body though. If your board try each side but only measure to the frame. Sometimes the body settles weird.

Had her aligned yesterday after the new idler. Toe was way off on both sides after the install which leads me to believe the outgoing one was trash. The pulling is about 50% better but is still there.

Driving a little more it's actually 75% better. I think I might do the pitman next for ****s. Where you located?

Michigan lol. If you decide to do a pitman, take your time. They are easy to get frustrated with.

And don't use a cheapo puller. Get a good one. lol You'll thank yourself.

Maybe it's just my skill level. But I found the idler to be kind of a pain in the *** to put back on.
