I have a ghost!
For the rear, not the bearings but rather see if the ubolts are tight and see if the rear end as walked at all.
Visually inspect the gearbox. Has it moved? Is there rust around it?
How old are the ball joints?

I'll check on the rear. Come to hunk of it I had an AAL installed about 10k ago and maybe the new ubolts came loose. I know the leaf springs aren't lined up perfectly so that makes me more suspect. If it makes a difference it always got a 4 wheel alignment. I'll definitely check that gearbox too.
I am surprised if the leafs are not lined up that they are able to do a 4 wheel alignment.
That's a good thing to check. I would think that any of these though would give you tire wear. But let us know.

Do you get a spec sheet comparison from the alignment shop ?
I have a tolerance sheet somewhere, but they should provide that.
4 wheel almt is checked during the procedure..standard.
Check the trans alignment between the rails.
IME, it's always something in the front end that isn't kosh. - And it's usually on the passenger side lol.

Maybe we can post all of the things that could cause a pull and I'll go through it one by one.
Tie rods
Calipers
Tires
Caster?
Cv axles?
Wheel bearings?
Can't really think of anything else it could be
I'm going to slap an idler on it tmrw and see if it helps. Been over 2 years and 30k miles. Did some searching and it's a pretty common thing.
Idler arm is a piece of cake to slap on...the pitman arm...not so much ha.
Also, they make a few different sizes, two I think, for idler arms. It's based on the distance between the holes where it mounts to the frame. Its either like, 2" or 3" or something like that. I bought the wrong one off rockauto and it sucked.
