Hmmm, I don`t think touch up would be the correct term here. Those panels need a repaint IMHOP.

Yea those are gonna need to be sanded, feathered and repainted. About a 700$ job depending on the shop.

There's no way I could just touch it up and make it look almost perfect? Is 700$ really the price for repainting two doors? That's way better than I thought. I'm willing to do a good bit of work like sanding and whatnot because I like to do stuff for the experience. So is it possible to do myself?

Good news is you have a white truck. White is popular, I'd go scrap yard shopping.

Would I really find doors that are in good condition?

You could, but you've got to look. That or spend the money on a professional paint job to make it look right. Unless your a natural with a spray gun, then you'll be good to go.

Yes. And if you screw up and end up taking it to a pro, what have you lost?

I've never messed with paint like that, but I've got some similar blemishes on mine, and when I get around to trying to fix it I'm going to get a paintmatched rattlecan, sand the area down real good, lay on several thin coats, then wetsand a bunch and spray some clearcoat over it.

It won't be awesome, but if you do it right it should be good from 10 feet. IMO, anything more than that is a waste of time on a truck that gets used like a truck. Paint damage will happen.
