I use them too, well, Denso Iridium's anyway. I haven't looked at them yet tho. Been in there for 35,000 so far. Before that I used Motorcraft. So, maybe I should check them ehh.
E85 10.5:1 Cr 24lb/hr injectors @ 65psi, Ported PI heads, Cams, longtubes, 80mm Accufab TB, 95MM PMAS lightning Maf, Tuning from MPT and Ramsey's Performance

AFR is set to 9.2:1 with no adaptive fuel trims or timing curves. Runs the same timing and fuel curves once it reaches closed loop. I have conservative tune for when the cold weather hits to keep from grenading a cylinder with too much timing. Full advance is close to 48*

Yeah. Makes peak torque around 2800, but holds over 325 ft/lbs all the way too about 4200..

Yea, there's a few attempting a 4V build. Curious to see if that turns out, -if they run and how long lol.

They're nothing but trouble and money IMO. -I hope to be proven wrong tho; -that would be something..-About the 4V anyway.

Good Luck for sure.

I've got a 03 Navigator with one in it and its been great.. 120k miles and havent had on bit of trouble from it. It currently makes as much power and torque as my 2v but does it on premium. My 4v build is going to be running e85, as its alot easier to make power with due to the higher octane rating.

That's good, - just keep in mind, once you begin modifying those, do as much research as possible. Specially if your installing it in a F150.

I'd rather thro a 3V in there. They make as power as the lightning NA. Or the lighter Coyote which blows them both away. But that's me.

Nothing wrong with what your doing, it's a challenge for sure and I hope it works out.

No Supercharger yet ? Is everything forged ? Not going that far ?

The 4V can be tricky especially trying to get them to live under high power. My goals with the 4V build is pretty much to make a great DD setup. Looking for 375/375 to the wheels. Which should be pretty doable. I mean my 03 Navi is right at 300/310 with just a few bolt ons and a good tune.

I think if I threw a SC on top of the 2v it would grenade it self very quickly. It does have forged pistons, and a forged crank but it is also using STOCK PMR L Rods. It was a budget rebuild many years ago when the truck was still using NPI heads. So it has NPI flat tops with valve reliefs that are at 0 deck, where the typical PI piston is .020"-.028" below deck. So higher compression and boost might be a no no..
