The previous owner of my truck changed them every time he got the oil changed at 5000 kms at the ford dealership. I have the recipts for 54 oil changes and plugs everytime lol.

Neither. I have the 4.2 v6. This motor is easy to change plugs. Not like the v8's from what I hear. no coil packs to deal with either.

i changed mine at 90K and now im at 111,000 and im about to do it again probably today. trying to maintain the best gas mileage.

This was the worst plug in my truck when I got it. But surprisingly it wasn't the one misfiring. Did the change at about 170k. I purchased the truck at 165k.
